The Process

Four steps to settlement

Step 1

Notify immediately

Contact us or your insurer within 24–72 hours of the event. Early notification is critical and often mandatory under your policy terms.

Step 2

Gather documents

Collect all required documents — hospital bills, FIR copy, discharge summary, or death certificate depending on your claim type.

Step 3

Submit your claim

Our claims team will guide you through the submission process and follow up with the insurer on your behalf.

Step 4

Receive settlement

NIA regulations require insurers to settle within 30 days of receiving all documents. We track every claim and escalate on your behalf if needed.

Life Insurance Claim

  • Original policy bond
  • Death certificate (attested)
  • Nominee's citizenship / ID proof
  • Completed claim form (provided by insurer)
  • Medical records (if death due to illness)
  • Post-mortem report (if accidental death)
  • Bank account details of nominee

Health Insurance Claim

  • Original hospital bills and receipts
  • Discharge summary
  • Doctor's prescription and investigation reports
  • Filled claim form
  • Policy document or card
  • Your citizenship / ID proof

Motor Insurance Claim

  • FIR copy (for theft or major accident)
  • Driving licence
  • Vehicle registration certificate (bluebook)
  • Estimate from authorised garage
  • Photographs of damage
  • Filled claim form
Claim Types

We handle every type of claim

Life Claim

Paid to your nominee in the event of your passing during the policy term. Sum assured is disbursed within 30 days of complete document submission.

Health Claim

Cashless at network hospitals, or reimbursement within 15 days for non-network expenses. Covers hospitalisation, surgery, and critical illness riders.

Motor Claim

Own damage, third-party liability, and total loss. We coordinate with the garage and insurer to minimise the time your vehicle is off the road.
